At Power Serge METHOD, We are passionate about providing others with a platform that improves theIr life through movement.

Serge can train his clients one-on-one or in small groups. He also runs a number of group classes and activities throughout the week for those looking to improve their mobility and strength, overall fitness, make connections with new people, and have fun at the same time.
