Who We Are

PowerSerge is a Gold Coast personal training and performance coaching business helping busy professionals, athletes and everyday movers build strength, improve mobility, move with less pain, and optimise long-term health. We combine personal training, calisthenics, flexibility coaching, DNA testing, nutrition support, and recovery strategies to create a personalised plan built around your body, your goals, and your lifestyle.

Led by Sergey Brazhnikov, PowerSerge offers a more integrated approach to health and performance on the Gold Coast. Whether you want better mobility, more athletic strength, improved body control, or a deeper understanding of your health through DNA testing and blood markers, our coaching is designed to help you perform better in training, sport, and everyday life.

What We Offer

We build real strength that moves with you using kettlebells, barbells, and bodyweight and more. Learn how to lift, stabilise, and move with purpose. Strong, mobile, and athletic, not stiff or overtrained.

From handstands to controlled push-ups, we teach bodyweight, gymnastics strength training and calisthenics mastery. You’ll build strength, control, and skill, learning how to make your body your best piece of equipment. Movement culture is on the forefront of our thinking - being able to move in diverse ways.

Mobility is freedom.We’ll help you open your joints, improve flexibility, and move pain-free through active, intelligent training that builds stability and control.
